Individual Therapy

1-on-1 counseling to address a mental health diagnosis, create positive change in your life, or reach personal goals

Couple Therapy

Counseling for partners to address relationship concerns such as communication challenges, sexual issues, frequent conflict, or recovering from infidelity. I am also certified in PREPARE/ENRICH, a premarital counseling tool.

Sex Therapy

Talk therapy addressing concerns with sexual health and intimacy such as:

About the Therapist

Aubrey has been working as a therapist since 2016. She graduated with her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2017. She is a member of the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists. In her free time, Aubrey enjoys traveling, petting dogs, and eating sushi.

What to expect

Therapy typically begins on a weekly schedule and changes to biweekly, monthly, etc. as you progress toward your goals. My approach to therapy is eclectic, based in Systems Theory, viewing through an Attachment lens, and weaving in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to create meaningful change to thought patterns and behaviors. I maintain an open-minded, welcoming, and supportive presence to guide you as you take steps toward your unique goals.
